Order Cancellation
1. Eligibility for Cancellations :
- Customers can cancel their order if it hasn't been processed or shipped.
- Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. How to Cancel an Order :
- To cancel an order, customers need to contact customer support via email or your store’s messaging system. Provide the order number for a quicker process.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders:
- If the order has already been shipped or is in processing, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers can return the item after receiving it by following the return policy.
4. Refund Process:
- Once the order is successfully canceled, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
